Rien Purvis
Myotherapist LMT
Rien is certified from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage as of early 2003 and is licensed in Alabama and Washington State. He is Nationally Certified. His main focus of treatment is neck and low back muscle pains. He has continued to study advanced techniques for knee and shoulder injuries as well. His clients value his talent and logical skills to evaluate and create plans for a more pain free life.
Teaching has been a big part of Rien's career. He was given the honor to be a Certified Instructor for Hasse Myotherapy. This opportunity took him to different states to teach other professionals. He was also on the steering committee to create the Vancouver Pain Society, which brought all pain management therapies together for the benefit of the patient. The focus was to educate medical providers and gain mutual respect for all modalities.
He has had the privilege to treat both amateur and professional athletes because of his unique approach to musculoskeletal disorders. His goal is to help clients live a more pain free and enjoyable life. Your health is important to Rien. He will seek any possible Myotherapy solutions that are right for you.
In his free time you will find him on his motorcycle, enjoying the beach or helping at Oasis Church in Orange Beach at the wharf.
Jessica Purvis

Jessica was certified from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in early 2003 and is licensed in Alabama and Washington State. She has her National Boards Certification. Her expertise is head, neck, and hip/low back work. Clients enjoy her skillful knowledge in medical massage therapy.
Jessica was privileged to teach for Hasse Myotherapy, which is a teaching program seeking to increase the level of education for all massage therapists across America. She was a part of starting the Pain Society in Vancouver, WA, which brought skilled medical providers together to form a diversified team around the sick or injured. She is a team player and loves to work with other medical providers to achieve healing for her clients. As a professional, Jessica likes to work with the injured and victims of accidents. Injuries such as car accidents, sports injuries, whip lash, migraine headaches, spine compression, sprain, and strains are challenges she takes on regularly. Your muscle health can be returned to a pre-loss condition when partnered with medical massage, careful exercise, and other healthy choices.
She attended Truckee Meadow Community College and Multnomah University for two years each. She took time to choose a career that was fulfilling and enjoyable. She discovered bodywork comes naturally to her. She loves spending time with family, friends, motorcycling, and many outdoor sports. Baldwin County and Oasis Church in Orange Beach have lovingly welcomed her skills and talents.
